Material(Aluminum flake or slug):
We use Aluminum flake or slug of 99.7% purity for our production, which is 100% recyclable, total environment-friendly, the main trend and undisputed advantage of cosmetic packaging today and in the future.

Quality wanrantity:
In any case our shipment is not consistent to signed samples approved by customers, we will re-produce quality tubes for customers. Compromise to quality problem is not allowed in our management system. Customers' benefit always come first.
Samples:
Free samples are available with our storage samples, samples with your design will require sample fee, because we need to run the production machines for you. However, customers with big potential cooperation is exceptional.

Pharmaceutical tube diameter varies from 13.5mm to 22mm;
Adhesive or grease tube diameter varies from 13.5mm to 38mm;
Length is customized, but with limitation because aluminum feature.
Inner Coating lacquer:
High-quality phenolic epoxy. Internal coatings are used to insure product compatibility and maxmum shelf llife.
We use the proper epoxy suitable for your product PH level.
Our tube's shelf life is generally not less than 5 years.
Crimp Sealants:
Customized feature, width and thickness
Thickness of the tube wall:
Customized, but with limitation because of the cosmetic aluminum tube feature.

Packaging way:
Strengthen paper corrugated carton, plastic pallet is provided with customer's request.
